Prices and Terms of service!
If you're considering taking a commission please read this before requesting.
Prices:
✧ Chibi (surprise-me/skeb): $15
✧ Waist-up: $30
✧ Full-body: $50Important notes and add-ons:
✧ I currently only accept commissions through VGen
✧ Props will be +40% of the base price (weapons, items the character interacts with, extra accesories that are not part from the base design of the character, etc)
✧ Prices include simple or no background. Adding a more complex background will be +40% of the base price
✧ Additional characters will be +70% of the base price
✧ Privacy fee (your work won't be posted on my social media nor used in my portfolio) +80% of the base price
✧ Rush orders (orders that put your request above other clients or has deadlines below my average 3 week turn-around time) 50% of the base price
General
✧ I hold the right to add the commission to my portfolio or publish the work in progress or finished in my social media if a privacy fee is not requested and paid.
✧ Please don't edit or change the art heavily.
✧ I don't allow any use of AI with my art. This forbids any kind of training, enhancing or edits. This includes uses in AI such as Grok, Sora AI, Chat GPT, etc.
✧ Reposts are allowed only with given credit, the client is not allowed to claim that they created or own the piece. The client must at least mention or add one link to any of my social media:

✧ My commission services include monetary content permission in the price (streaming, social media), however, crediting me is still a must.

✧ NSFW
✧ Mechas
✧ Heavy armor

✧ Hate art
Payment
✧ In case of refunding the payment while the comission was already in progress, any part of the sketch will be re-used by me if necessary.
✧ Full payment up-front in orders/order packs for less than $300. Otherwise this can be discussed with the client.
✧ Once past the sketch phase, if a refund is requested only a 50% of the payment will be refund.
Communication
✧ The client must be able to communicate constantly in order to give the result that may fit more in what they are looking for.
✧ For more constant replies, Discord or VGen is recommended. Otherwise, this can be discussed with the client.
✧ If the client stops communicating for 3 days at any point past the sketch, I hold the right to pause their commission or cancel it.
Updates
✧ Please do not request updates too constantly, updates will be send as the process goes on significantly. A feedback from each update will be expected and always welcome.
✧ To know about the state your commission is currently in and if there’s a waitlist, please refer to my Trello board with my queue given to you when I accepted your request.
Deadlines
✧ If at some point, the client feels like they want to rush or set a deadline that will set them with a higher priority over other clients, an additional fee of 50% of the base price will be requested.
